Check engine light is on with code P0022 code, acceleration Issue loss of power?

Yep, these codes can come up when the engine oil is low or needs to be changed, so I would do that first and then clear the codes there is a chance the camshaft actuator oil control valve is clogged, or the actuator itself has gone bad.
