Car makes a loud rev sound from stop or low speed. Listen in attached video:

Hi,

I watched the video. Is the sound you are referring to similar to a howling sound? It's really hard to hear it in the video. Is this something that just started or has it progressively gotten worse? Also, does it seem to have lost power or anything?

Here is a link you may find of interest. I'm adding it simply because I'm not sure if I'm hearing the noise in the video. Take a look through it to see if anything mirrors what you are experiencing.

Let me know.

That almost sounds like a drone sound. There was a bulleting to replace the center pipe. It comes with a damper on it but all it does is minimizes the sound.

That drone sound is from the center pipe flexing. Also if you have loose exhaust bolts and nuts it will cause the center pipe to flex more making the sound more obvious. Let us know if the information helps resolve your issue.
