A/C vent switch randomly from front vent to windshield

When I have the A/C is on front vent, the A/C will randomly switch automatically to windshield vent. The system is on manual not auto and I didn’t touch anything. When I switch it back to front it will be good for a bit and then back to windshield.

It sounds like the mode blend door actuator (air outlet control servo) is out and needs to be replaced. here is a guide to walk you throughout the repair steps with diagrams and instructions below to show you how on your car:
