AC pump stays on, no cold air

We just replaced the AC pump and had it charged. The air is not getting cold. The pump stays on it does not shut off and the air does not blow cold.

Do you have the high and low side gauge readings?

It may be a blend door actuator not changing to cold air. I attached a article on the subject.

Procedure:

1. Remove the IP compartment.
2. Disconnect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.

3. Remove the two screws from the actuator.
4. Remove the air temperature actuator.
