AC was working, sometimes when turned off it would continue to blow cold air like it was not turned off. A couple of times there was this loud noise sounded like a hose come loose, but could not find any hose loose. AC continued working. Now it is blowing hot air and when AC turned off it stays engaged. Help please.

Can you post an diagram of the relay? Trying to find location of that and the thingy that is supposed to turn when going from hot to cool. (Actuator?)

Thank you. Fixing to check this out, but wanted to say earlier that when I put it on heat it works and when I put it on cool it stops blowing hot, but it does not blow cold. FYI

Okay, lets check the large refrigerant line going into the firewall with the engine running and the AC on give it about two minutes and then feel the line it should be cold. Please let me know what you find.

Good find! An over charged system will not work as well. I would install a set of gauges to check the high side and to make sure the compressor is pumping refrigerant. Here is a guide to help you see what I am talking about:

Yes, way too low. The system must have a leak. This guide will help us find it.
