My A/C defrost display stays on, air work fine. heat to just only come out the front window and the floor. can you help?

Hello,
It sounds like you have a mode blend door actuator that is not working. but to be sure lets remove it to watch the operation when the system is turned on, here is the location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
