A/C blowing hot air while parked, but blows cold while driving

Hi,

Two things to check. First, does the condenser fan (at radiator) turn on when the system is turned on? If it does, check the condenser in front of the radiator and make sure it isn't being blocked from air flow and isn't dirty. The condenser looks like another radiator. See pic below. If it is dirty, spray it off with a garden hose to clean dirt and debris.
