I am replacing everything except the evaporator coil and would like a shop diagram of complete system to make sure I put it back together the right way.

The lines will only go one way. You will not be able to install them wrong. I attached a couple of pictures for you for the system. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
