Passenger side A/C blows hot air?

Hi,

The problem sounds like an issue with the blend air door actuator (air mix door actuator). Does the vehicle have dual climate control? Also, do you hear any clicking under the dash?

I attached a pic below of the air mix door. You may need to remove it and see if it responds when you request A/C. Also, move the door manually to see if you can make cold air come from the right side.
