AC off due to high engine temperature message

This issue seems to be common with this car. I have replaced both coolant temperature sensors and the thermostat, but I am still receiving the message "AC Off Due to High Engine Temp Message".

What else could be causing this issue? What am I missing?

Did some further research and learned I had to pull the battery terminal and wait a few minutes. This resolved the message from showing up, temperature gauge is now working, and AC is blowing cold!

Vehicles nowadays are intelligent enough to inform you of faults and record them. Some are able to recheck the system the next time you start up and keep in view previously recorded faults. If the fault do not recur after a few startups (number of times depends on individual manufacturer) , the code is self erased by the engine control unit.
Some manufacturers requires fault codes to be erased before the engine control unit would work normally. Guess you have the latter category manufacturer.
