I replaced compressor, drier and expansion valve. Had leak test and charged system still not no cold air. looks like one of the fans isn’t turning on.

This could be a fan issue but if one of the fans is working, I suspect the one that is not working is the radiator fan which may be normal if the engine is not overheating.

Can turn the engine and A/C on and see if the compressor is coming on? Clearly if it has been replaced we can assume it is not the compressor itself but we need to see if it is even coming on.

Let us know about this info and we can go from there. Thanks

Here is a guide that will help with this:

So it doesn’t sound like the compressor is kicking on.

So if the compressor is not coming on, let's go to the compressor and check for power with the engine and A/C on. If you have voltage then we need to verify the ground. However, the compressor is most likely the issue. Due to the compressor being new, I suspect we don't have power which is pointing to a control issue. Let us know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks

I'm missing the ambient temperature sensor and there’s a female connection in front of driver tire that’s missing the male connect.

When you say you are missing it, do you mean it is actually missing as in not installed in the vehicle? Also, can you get a picture of the connector and how many wires and color? We can try to track this down.
