A/C not blowing on highest setting

My A/C works just fine, but when I go inside the car and turn the knob to full blast it doesn’t blow on full blast. The car is on and there is nothing work with it other the A/C doesn’t blow on full blast.

Good evening,

I attached a wiring diagram for the system. The high speed is controlled by the HVAC control module. It is under the right side of the dash by the blower motor. I attached a picture for you to view of the part.
