Air conditioner issues

The air conditioner will only blow out of top and bottom vents not middle vents. Except when I go to stop truck it will then blow out middle vents when I step on brakes. What do I need to check or fix in order to get it to blow out middle vents at all times? Thank you for your help. Joe

check for a vacuum leak at panel vacuum motor or line or disconnected. it can be leaking anywhere from engine to control. pictures show how to access vacuum motor. you may have to pull radio out as well.
