A/C issue, air not cold?

Air not cold, compressor turning. The first picture is with the engine off. Second, engine on and knobs on ac ports open. Third picture both high and low open on both the gauge and ports.

So you never open the high side valve (red). It looks like the system is low on refrigerant. Please go over this video and let me know what happens:
