A/C issue air becomes super cool?

What does it mostly mean when freon is full, but the air is cool but when you rev up the engine air becomes super cool.

This means the expansion valve is stuck, or the system is slightly low on refrigerant. This guide can help explain it better. Also, here is the location of the valve in case you need to swap it out which is at the firewall. Please go over this guide:
