blowing hot air, on the driver side vents & the passenger side vents blows cold air?

My Heater is blowing hot air , on the driver side vents & the passenger side vents blows cold air , as soon the vehicle is on ?

The heat blows about 1-5 (3)
The cold blows about (2)

The temperature dial doesn’t work from
1-3 only turns on - 4-5 high

Yep this means the passenger side blend door actuator is not working here is a guide to help you change it out and show you which one is for the right side.
