A/C fuse and left window driver side

I am looking to replace the A/C fuse for my car. Also, the fuse for left driver side window. Where is it located and what numbers are they? I am a female who knows nothing about cars but I think this would fix my A/C problem. It is hot here in Florida.

What does your A/C not do? Does it not work at all? Please describe the problem with some detail. Being it is a 1999 it is very possible it is low on 134A simply because of age. For that you can try this guide.
