A/C front and rear blowing warm

Front and rear A/C is blowing warm. I already replaced the compressor, orifice tube, expansion valve at the rear, dryer and still blowing warm air. Also, been vacuum and charge with 3lbs Freon. I believe the next part will be the condenser and compressor hoses. Please let me know if any ideas.

Good afternoon.

Do you know the high and low side pressure readings while the AC is running?

It could be a blend door issue for the rear unit. Can you hear the door moving when you command heat and cold?

No to the hoses, that is not the issue at all.
