How to remove the A/C control panel?

Yep, there must be a problem with these vents because there is a service bulletin for this repair. Here is how the job is done but you will need a special tool for the repair FYI. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Man I fixed it lol. And I did it the way they say isn't possible. I bought a used ac control unit for $200 on eBay and took the vents from it and put it in my original. It's a little bit of a pain but so much easier than taking apart the whole dash.
