Good morning,

Can you please explain what is your exact issue?

This is inside the compressor itself. Who told you it is the issue and why?

Can I get as much background as possible?

Good morning Roy,

Most probably I'm talking about another valve, because as I was told it is outside of compressor, somewhere between compressor and conditioner.
Actually problem is, that conditioner blowing cool when I'm pushing acceleration, in other cases blows but not enough cool.
I already replaced compressor, but no changes, situation is the same, therefore I was advised to clean valve.

Okay, most likely it is the expansion valve that could be the issue.

Do you have gauges t give me the high and low side readings for the A/C system? This cannot be cleaned, only replaced.

Did you replace the dryer when you did the compressor? That is required.
I would really like to see the gauge readings before assuming anything.

Yes Roy, dryer was replaced as well.
unfortunately I haven't any gauge readings, but after checking, electrician told me, that all sensors and whole so called electrical chain are in order.
Thanks once again, your answer was very useful.

Okay, then the next thing that has to be checked is the pressures in the system.

You can rent a set or buy a cheap set at Harbor Freight.

then we will be able to pin down the issue.
