Fans are not spinning, compressor clutch not engaging, fuses to my knowledge seem fine. Heat works A/C blows hot air.

A/C compressor and engine fans are not spinning?

Hi,
If the fuses are good, make sure the connection to the compressor clutch is in good condition and tight.
Keep in mind, there are a few things that can cause this to happen. If the low-pressure switch is faulty, it may not allow the compressor to engage.
Next, if the Freon is low, that will cause the pressure to drop and actuate the low-pressure switch to avoid it from engaging.
