Air conditioner compressor inoperative

I can jump the compressor and it works. both radiator fans work. what is wrong? where is the trionic control module? no ground to air conditioner compressor relay ground signal. the relay is fine.

Have you checked the high side and low side air conditioner pressures? if you have too much pressure or too little pressure the computer will not let the computer turn on.

I always check that first so i am not looking over a low air conditioner charge issue or too high of air conditioner system pressure. Saves a lot of time of trouble shooting a system that is working correctly. By shutting down the air conditioner compressor due to a air conditioner pressure issue.
