Please note the vehicle has a 3.5-liter engine and it all wheel drive.

My A/C compressor seized, and I want to bypass it can I do that, and do you know what size belt it would be if I can. I called advanced and they told me they can't look up schematics they don't have that capability. Which I just think she didn't know what she was doing because I've been there and seen them look stuff up like that. So, if you could get back to me ASAP, I'd appreciate it. Thank you and have a great day.

Hi,

To the best of my knowledge, it can be done. I have the belt routing schematic attached below. I drew in red how I believe the new belt should be routed. Please confirm that there is nothing rubbing or anything that can prevent what I drew.

As far as the belt size is concerned, if you go to an AutoZone, ask for part number 800K6. It should be 13/16" wide by 80 3/4" length. I believe the original one was 93" in length.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe

Thank you and no there isn't anything in the way. It's exactly like the schematic you provided. Thank you again. I'll be doing that tomorrow and will let you know if everything works out.
