A/C clutch will not engaging

So to start the engine has been rebuilt and radiator systems have been replaced.
The A/C is full had it recharged at the shop.
I've checked and check wires but I can't find the issue.
All fuses and relays are new.
When I went to check with my power probe I checked the relay for the clutch and all but one seem to get power.
I can't find a wire ether, ideas?
The one the prob is in in the image is the one not getting power.

Did you mean to attach a picture? It did not post so do you mind trying again?

As for which place did not have power, lets just jump down to the compressor and check the wire down there for power when you turn the AC on. If you are not getting it here then we can go backwards in the system but let's start there.

Okay. So with the relay installed, do you have power at the compressor with the A/C on? If not, we can come back to the relay and jump a couple terminals and see if the compressor comes on.
