The system was vacuumed and recharged with coolant, turned A/C on the clutch runs but still blows hot air. Kwik fit charged the system.

Hi,
If the compressor is running, by chance do you know both the low-pressure and high-pressure readings?
I ask because it could be a problem with the blend air door in the vehicle. This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but here is a link that explains how one is replaced. Note, the blend door actuator is what determines the air temperature entering the cabin. If it isn't working, it could be the cause.
