Compressive runs clutch will not run unless I jumper out

There are dozens of reasons the clutch will not engage. Unless you can understand a wiring diagram and test the circuit, about all you can do yourself is test all the fuses in the truck with a test light.

You also need to put gauges on the system to make sure there is enough static pressure to allow the clutch to engage.
