A/C bypass?

Can you take the A/C compressor out of this car and get a smaller Serpentine belt and the car still runs?

You can get a smaller belt that is made for the car that does not have a/c. You can bypass the a/c compressor.

You can only put a shorter belt on there is it does not hit anything which it looks like it might. I have included a guide on how to change out the compressor which you can get on Amazon for about $140.00 with instructions on how to change it out on your car in the images below.
