The temperature and the buttons to switch vents won't control. So, i replaced the climate control module and it worked for a week. After that it was stuck on heat and won't control again. I checked all the fuses and also the actuator blender and everything is fine. This is the second time it has happened and always works like one week with the new climate control. I took it to the shop for the first time and they didn't find anything wrong with it. That's why i would like your guys help please. Thank you.

There must be something that is causing the unit to go out such as a bad ground or an alternator throwing AC voltage. Was the HVAC controller new or used? OEM or aftermarket? There is a ground at the right kick panel for the unit we need to check #g201. I have the HVAC wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

Here is a guide on how to check the alternator for AC voltage (bottom):

Please check out the wiring diagrams below and get back to me on the results. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I would check the ground and I would try replacing the blower motor speed control and the blower motor because if they are going out, they can back feed voltage into the HVAC controller. Please check the ground first, also did you check the alternator? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
