HVAC not working properly?

If both systems are not working, I would say the temperature blend door actuator has gone bad, have you heard a slight clicking noise that lasted a couple of minutes and then stopped coming from under the dash? If so, this can be the problem. Here is the location of the actuator so you can see if it is working and if not replace it. This part can still be bad even though there is no noise BTW. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
