Couple questions. First, I don't show dual zone temperature as an option on your vehicle but that is not always accurate and it would make more sense if you had dual zone temperature control. Meaning can you adjust the driver side to a different temperature then the passenger side or do you only have one temperature setting for the whole vehicle?

Next, when you say it does the same thing on heat, do you mean the air still blows cold on the driver side and hot on passenger side even if you turn it to the heat setting?

It's only one control for both sides and yes even when I turn the heat on the cold air still blows out on driver side and hot air on passenger side.

Is there any history to this issue? Meaning have there been any related repairs or did this work fine one day and the next it was like this?

Not too sure about the history of the car. Bought it about a year ago and everything seemed to work fine then all of sudden that happens.

Okay. That means we need to start eliminating things that this could be because I am not sure of just one thing that could cause this. The most probable cause is the blend door actuator. We need to remove this and adjust the temperature and see if the actuator moves when it is plugged in but removed from the housing.

I attached the process to do this. Let me now if you have questions. Thanks
