At idle A/C air will not blow out vents

AC will not blow out of vents when truck is idle. Once I start down the road air starts coming out and the faster I go the more the air blows out and is very cold. Checked fuses and they are okay. Thought I heard a little drag when fan was running? Sort of like it was lightly hitting something.

It sounds like the blower motor is barley turning or not turning at all. Here is a guide to help you remove and test the blower motor:
