Was driving home from work, and all of the sudden the ABS light came on and a wrench symbol in my display. Stopped to check things out, went to take off again and as I eased on my gas, my front brakes would apply and not let me move. I ended up pulling the ABS pump fuse just to get home, it drives alright without brakes nice and smooth, just no ABS or traction control. Would you figure it to be the brake power booster or the ABS module? Only a little stressed with it being right before Christmas and only a little price difference. lol
Neither seem to fit my symptoms unfortunately.

I wouldn't assume either one of those things. The very first step would be to have the ABS codes read and post the code numbers here. They will start with a "C". Check for engine codes while you are there also.
