ABS sensor issues

2005 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER
160,000 MILES • 4.2L • 6 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Symptoms:

ABS light on.
Brake light on.
"Service Brake System" on the display.
Speedometer not working.
Transmission not shifting properly.
Poor idle.

Took it to parts store and had codes read and it came back with the following:
B0100 Electronic front sensor malfunction.
C0055 Speed Sensor Circuit.
C0300 Rear prop shaft speed sensor missing signal.
P0502 Speed Sensor A circuit low input.
P0502 Speed Sensor A circuit low input.

I figure it is a sensor issue but not sure which of the three sensors or all need replaced.

Hello,

The speed sensor could cause all of these codes because the computer does not know how fast the car is traveling.

Here is a diagram for where the sensor is so you can get it fixed (below).

Yours will be in the transfer case near the rear drive shaft.

Then clear the codes and recheck.

Replaced the sensor but no change, my next guess is the Transfer Case Encoder Motor that is suppose to receive information from the sensors or a wiring issue that is causing the low input code.

I would think it would be the ABS module becasue there are so many related codes to the ABS system.
