ABS problems

When I am driving and apply the brakes just before i come to a stop the ABS system kicks in. It activates the ABS system under normal conditions. I replaced the ABS computer module, filled the brake reservoir because one side was empty. I removed the ABS fuse. Brakes just fine, but ABS and brake lights are on. I hooked up a scanners and speed sensors are working.

If one side was empty would look for the leak and fix it first. How is the brake pedal when the blazer is running? Was going to buy a Blazer a couple of years ago, had the same thing except for the reservoir was not low. Someone I knew bought the Blazer and found all it was he replaced the brake pedal reservoir. things were fine. Was there any other code the scanner picked up?
