I replaced the ABS Module with a used one, however when I attempt to bleed the brakes I get air bleed fail. I am using Techstream software. This is the first time I have used the software, wanting to make sure I am not missing anything procedure wise. I feel as though the new used ABS pump is bad also. I do have ABS related codes.

This depends on what codes you have. Let's start there. They may be related to not having it initialized but this should not happen on a used one as it was already initialized.

Let's start with the codes and go from there.

So I suspect I was correct with them being related to it not being initialized. I attached the detail to the first few codes and the C1203 is the only one that gives me pause. You may actually have an issue with the module not being initialized to this vehicle and it having an issue. I would run through the attached initialization process and then clear the codes and see if the C1203 returns.

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. I exchanged the ABS pump assembly with a different one, baked the system and I was then able to calibrate the linear offset. So far I have not had any issues with this pump. The info you provided was a great help in knowing what steps to do first. Thank you.
