I'm installing an ABS Module/Controller in the car

Let's start with the line that you cannot turn the nut by hand. This is because there is dirt and grime around the line keeping the nut from turning easily. What I normally do is use a wrench on the nut and hold the line still and just spin the nut around in both directions to loosen it up. You will need to do this for a little while until it loosens enough to spin it by hand.

Then to get these started, you need to hold the hard line and wiggle it around as you are trying to start the nut. Basically it will not thread on there because the hard line is a slightly different angle so you just need to move the hard line around until it get the nut lined up and gets started with your fingers. Clearly you need to be able to turn the nut by hand for this to work so just keep spinning it with wrench until you can get it with your fingers and then keep going with your fingers until it is loose enough for you to work.

I believe I'm going to have to replace the brake line with the frozen nut. The threads are looking ragged. Do you have a diagram available so I can see which part I need to buy? I'm having trouble finding it online without a part number. It's the line I'm pointing to in the picture I'm attaching, it's also thicker than the 3/16 lines. Thanks for the reply.

Looks like number 1 in this diagram which would be the primary line from the master cylinder to the HCU. Just follow that back to the master cylinder and you should see where it connects. Looks like the primary and secondary come as a kit or are sold together.

I got all of the lines installed. Do you know if there's a special process I need to do to bleed the actual ABS Module? I know to bleed the brakes from furthest to closest in regards to the master cylinder, but what about the ABS Module itself? I don't see any bleeder valve on it. Thanks.

I attached the process on how to bleed the ABS unit. You do need a scan tool to activate the module with a scan tool as there is no way to manual bleed it with a bleeder screw.
