ABS light on, I do not have ABS

I am afraid that you actually do have ABS in your vehicle. You need to have the ABS module scanned for stored codes.

I promise I do not have an ABS system on this. there is no controller installed and Dodge did tell me that my VIN number says it does not have one as well.

If you have an ABS light on, that means the truck is wired for ABS and the ABS module is the component that is turning it on. If it did not have ABS, it would not even have a bulb in that socket so maybe someone removed some of the components for the system.

I would follow the brake lines and see where they go.

The only other explanation for this is an incorrect dash cluster that is also defective.

I am very confused. I had this a year before this happened. tried to fix it myself, could not figure it out, so I took it to a mechanic to have it checked and he quoted me $4,000.00 to install all of the missing ABS components since that was all he could figure was wrong. There is not a single ABS sensor, no wiring on the master cylinder except the level sensor and no wires to the wheels and no ABS controller on the master cylinder or near the BCM. I could install the ABS system, but I would have to install everything, mounting holes too, there are none.

If someone removed the components, they would have to either leave the valve assembly in place or re-route all the brake lines to bypass it so you should be able to follow the brake lines from the master and see if they go to a controller or look like they are all man made, re-routed lines.

We cannot rule out that the issue is the dash cluster.

The cluster is a possibility. I can check if it is original or not fairly easily by QA date. I should have checked that when I did the light switch assembly. I will look into that on Wednesday and update then. I think they brake lines are original, all of the mountings match and they go straight to the brakes, no detour.
