Abs, esp, handbrake light

Depending on the codes this would make sense that the ABS is the issue. This has nothing to do with the tires. Normally when all these lights are on they are pointing to the ABS module. Tires can cause some issues with the traction control system if they are different sizes but this is not what is happening here. Clearly not knowing the detail of the diagnosis it is hard to say the ABS will fix it but I can safely say it is not the tires. Thanks

The code read by the scanner is 01130, i have checked the fuse box and found nothing. Any additional information i need to know about this code?

If the car has TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was it reset when the tires were installed?

Yes it was reset after the tires were installed.

The lights appeared the following day while i was driving on the highway.
I don't know if the tires have to do anything with these lights turning on.

As I said, this has nothing to with the tires. This code is for the ABS module operation. I attached a TSB that address the most common cause of this.

As you will see on the second page the background of the issue is the PCU ground connection of the ABS control module (J104) may have failed. Granted this TSB is for this fault occurring immediately after the recall 45F2 being performed because this recall was to instruct the module to monitor this "closer." So the vehicle may fail after the recall. However, the code is still saying the same thing even if your vehicle doesn't fall under this specific TSB/Recall.
