Truck goes in gear feel it, but does not move. Lift rear and place in gear tires spin, lift front tires spin freely. E-brake, or a sensor? Vacuum? Tried the steps in the Clinton but it passed, e-brakes never worked great in this truck.

I am not sure where you are getting those ideas, but it sounds like you have transmission or transfer case mechanical issues. I would suggest letting a local transmission shop look at it.

Truck had a bad tire changed tire now is stuck.
