ABS and master cylinder

How do I tell if the car has ABS or not? I was told it made a difference when replacing the master cylinder. Mine has a wire harness hooking up on the bottom of reservoir, not connected at all to master cylinder. Also, how does the reservoir detach from the master cylinder?

see picture. if you have where arrow points under hood you have ABS if not you do not. reservoirs are either just sitting on master with o-ring attachment or screws that may be on bottom. See picture.
