Wheel lock up while driving, possible ABS issue?

Hi,
The ABS is designed to do the exact opposite. If a wheel is starting to lock, it releases hydraulic pressure to the brake caliper to prevent a skid.
Explain what happened, the conditions in which it happened, if there was any work done recently, if it is one wheel or all of them, and anything you can think of that may help me determine a possible cause.
