ABS, traction control, brake, and check engine lights are on dash?

There is some incomplete monitors from the battery being drained I suppose, but I need to get all the lights off the dash for an inspection. It was parked because of a brake line that broke coming from the master to the ABS, I fixed that and bled the brakes with a hand pump.

It seems like the data link connector is not working, does the scanner work in other cars? let check for power and the ground for the connector, I have seen the ABS control module cause this issue, but it would be nice to get a code out of it so we don't start throwing parts at it. Both black wires should be ground, and power should be org/pnk.
