Multiple misfires and intake manifold codes?

Okay. I've had an "intake manifold runner control valve stuck open" code for a while. Then, while driving, it developed an acute cylinder misfire. I was able to limp it home where I replaced the intake manifold, runner control, map sensor, and valve cover gasket. Now, I've got multiple misfires, the brake pedal is extremely firm, and the brakes barely work, and I still have intake manifold codes. The motor idle RPM is also increasing and decreasing. I'm at a loss at this point. Screen shots of the codes I've gotten and videos of what it's doing are included.

Thank you for the videos and images, they help a lot. I have seen this problem due to a clogged catalytic converter. I would remove the exhaust head pipe. Also, this engine may have two converters so see if the primary cat is clogged along with the secondary converter as well. Please check out this guide:

Here is how to remove the units to help see if the material inside has gone bad/clogged/melted or broken. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hello Ken and thank you for the reply. I finally got a day where I could get underneath the car. I disconnected the exhaust at where the catalytic converter meets the exhaust manifold. The car repeated the problem (only louder, lol) and gave the codes pictured below. At this point (based on research) I am thinking that I need to replace the PCM. Any thoughts on that?

So the codes for the MAP sensor could be causing the problem, let's replace the sensor and clear the codes to see if this changes anything. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

The MAP sensor was replaced with the intake manifold. I also replaced the runner control, the valve cover seal, plugs, and coil packs.

Let's clear the codes and then without starting the engine turn the system on and run the codes again to see if any hard codes are stored. You may have a bad PCM. To confirm the exhaust system is clear. You can tell by putting your hand with a glove to see if the exhaust pulses while the engine is running, if you get a steady stream, you still have an obstruction. Let me know.

Finally, some progress. It will now run and drive. The culprit? A dirty MAF sensor. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and bobs your uncle, I could drive it again. Now the rub. It's still lurching with low speed and anything more that gentle acceleration. Once I get it moving, it's fine. When I let off the gas, it lurches slightly too. I am also still showing codes. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
