A ir conditioning malfunction

Hi the problem is that after changing the thermal fuse and thermistor, now when I turn on the motor switch to positon ll , the air condition blower starts working, even the blower switch is off!!, there is no speed change, And if I put to operate the ac/cold, it cools the air, but there is no way to turn off the blower, unless you switch off completely the car! What can it be the problem??
