A/C vents only blow at the feet

There is no fuse to reset the system on that car you need the diagnostic scan tool to test and reset the control motors when any are disconnected. I don't recall there being anything HVAC related in the console though, Where were you working and on what? Maybe you hit one of the harnesses or the flex cable for the door control system and now it's stuck. You might want to pull the two lower trim panels back off and just check the wiring there to see if anything is disconnected I don't think you can see the cable there though, you may need to pull the HVAC control head to check that. For that you need to pull the radio out, then set the controls to Heat- Cold, blower to zero and airflow to footwell. Then remove the screws that secure it to the dash. Pull it out and check the flex cable that connects to the airflow knob, it just clips in and could have come free if it was jarred a bit.

Thanks. I'll try to give it a look this weekend. The reason I was working on the console is when i purchased the car the cup holder was broken, i finally got to repairing it but had to pull the console as it is accessed from beneath. The console sticks underneath the climate controls and it is possible, I would think, that I may have knocked something loose or jammed something in the process of removing or reinstalling the console.
I wasn't sure if there might be a vacuum line or electrical connection that popped loose.

No vacuum lines but that car uses a cable for the mode doors so feet-dash-defrost is on the dial and controlled with a cable. They don't show a good view of it, just that it clips in.
