Front A/C blowing hot air

Front A/C does not works, though rear A/C works.
In the rear A/C is cold when it is on, but front is hot.
(What could be the problem?)

Do you have a set of gauges to monitor the pressures?

Also, when you go from heat to cold and back again, can you hear the mode door moving? there is a mode door that controls heat and cool.
