Hello,
The A/C compressor clutch relay is part of the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM) and is not serviceable. If the relay is indeed bad, then the whole IPDM assembly needs to be replaced.
The IPDM is located under the hood, on the driver's side close to the fender (see diagram below).
I have also attached some helpful info on the IPDM.
