A/C Ports Reversed?

My A/C does not blow out cold air. All of the videos I have watched say the low-pressure port is near the front right of the vehicle, but my ports seem to be reversed. Someone gave us this car. Is it possible that at some point, a mechanic somehow reversed these ports? It's confusing.

This would not be possible as the ports are part of the lines so that would mean they reversed the lines, and they are not able to go in each other's place.

So, this means we need to figure out what the pressure is in the system with the ports in their current location.

So, let's use this guide to check the low and high side pressure when the system is on.

Once we know what the pressure is, we will have a better idea, but we will need to use the chart below to show what the possible issue is.
