Where is the A/C relay located?

The A/C clutch relay is located in the under-hood fuse/relay box 2. The relay is identified as MG/CLT which stands for, magnetic clutch.

See pic 1 from the schematic. The light green wire from the relay is what actuates the compressor clutch. You could check it for power when you turn the system on. Here is a link that you may find helpful:

As far as the relay, if there is another one with the same part number, switch them to see if that allows the system to work. If there isn't, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:
