The A/C only comes on, at speed one and the fan only works at speed four

This happens when the heater control module goes out, did you check all fuses? Here are the instructions for changing the heater control module out in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Lol , I figured it out. I'm stupid, I put everything back together and forgot to plug the new heater control module in. It works great when you put things together correctly. Thanks for the help. Are me go back and check it.
